Return & Refund Policy

At Moon Light Distributions, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

14-Day Return Window You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item. This applies to both defective and non-defective products. This is a mandatory right under EU consumer law.

Product Condition Returns are accepted for new products only. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

Exchanges We accept exchanges. Contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.

How to Return We accept returns via the following methods: in store, at a drop-off location, or by mail. Email info@moonlightdistributions.com with your order number to begin.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Restocking Fees There are no restocking fees. You will receive a full refund of the product price.

Refund Processing Time Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item, back to your original payment method.

Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost.
