I haven’t received a tracking email — what should I do?

Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find it, email us at info@moonlightdistributions.com with your order number and we will resend your tracking details.

My tracking shows no updates — is this normal?

Yes. After your parcel is collected by the carrier, it can take up to 24 hours for the first tracking scan to appear. If there are no updates after 48 hours, contact us and we will investigate.

My order shows “delivered” but I haven’t received it.

Check with neighbours and your building’s reception. If the parcel is still not found, email us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to update the address. Email us immediately at info@moonlightdistributions.com with your order number.

I want to return my order — how do I start?
