Return & Refund Policy

At Moon Light Distributions, we want you to be 
completely satisfied with your purchase.

14-Day Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to 
return your item. This applies to both defective 
and non-defective products. This is a mandatory 
right under EU consumer law.

Right of Withdrawal
Under EU law, you have the right to cancel your 
order within 14 days of receiving it without 
giving any reason (Right of Withdrawal). To 
exercise this right, contact us at 
info@moonlightdistributions.com with your order 
number before the 14-day period expires.

Product Condition
Returns are accepted for new products only. Items 
must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their 
original packaging. Items that have been used, 
washed, or altered cannot be returned.

Jewelry Returns
For hygiene reasons, jewelry items must be 
completely unworn and in original sealed packaging 
to be eligible for return.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges. Contact us within 14 days of 
delivery to arrange an exchange.

How to Return
Returns are accepted by mail only. Email 
info@moonlightdistributions.com with your order 
number and photos if applicable to begin the 
return process. Send your return to:

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of 
the customer. We do not provide prepaid return 
labels.

Wrong or Missing Item
If you received the wrong item or your order is 
missing an item, contact us within 14 days at 
info@moonlightdistributions.com with your order 
number and a photo. We will send the correct item 
at no extra cost.

Restocking Fees
There are no restocking fees. You will receive a 
full refund of the product price.

Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving 
the returned item, back to your original payment 
method. Please note that original shipping costs 
are non-refundable.

Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact 
us immediately with photos and your order number. 
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no 
cost.
